Terms of sale

01Summary

• Seller: AMAT GEOFFREY, French sole trader (micro-enterprise), SIRET 93356934500012, pathephe@regisenregie.fr.
• We create custom streaming graphics delivered as digital files for the Régis app.
• Sending the order form is free and non-binding: we review it and set a final price; the order is binding once that price is paid (by card, through Stripe).
• Work starts after payment; files are delivered on the order page, usually within 2 to 14 days (72 hours with express delivery).
• Changes are included until you are satisfied: ask by email within 4 days of each delivery.
• Custom-made items and digital content started with your express consent are not subject to the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28, 3° and 13°).
• The delivered .regis files are yours to use for your content, and you alone decide, in Régis, whether to share them for free. You may not sell or resell them, in whole or in part. The styles and graphics designed by the seller remain the seller's. You guarantee you have the rights to the logo and images you provide.
• Legal guarantee of conformity applies; contact us first for any complaint.
